01What is GameRent?
GameRent is a Solana-powered platform building affordable, flexible PC game rentals. Game discovery, wallet sign-in, and game requests are live. Paid rentals are not yet available.
02How does GameRent work?
Explore the catalog and request your favorites today. When supported rentals launch, connect your wallet, select a game and duration, pay in SOL, and play through authorized access. No recurring subscription is planned.
03How do I rent PC games?
Rentals are not available yet. A title will accept payment only after commercial rights, authorized delivery and expiration, on-chain payment verification, and refund support are operational.
04What is $GameRent?
$GameRent is the intended community token supporting development of GameRent, with a launch planned through Pump.fun. The intended name and ticker are not verification of a deployed token. Check the token page for configured details. Holding tokens does not guarantee access, company ownership, or returns.
05Why does GameRent use Solana?
Solana supports fast transactions and low network fees, making it a practical choice for future SOL rental payments. Current wallet authentication uses Devnet; real rental payments remain disabled.
06How much does renting cost?
Proposed pricing is 0.05 SOL for 24 hours, 0.12 SOL for 3 days, and 0.25 SOL for 7 days. These are not currently purchasable offers. Final prices may vary by game.
07What happens when my rental expires?
When rentals launch, authorized access will end after the selected period. Expiration must be enforced by the access provider, not just a browser timer. Any extension options will depend on the verified offer.
08Are all listed games currently available?
No. Listed games are discovery and wishlist entries. Requested and Coming soon labels do not indicate commercial rental rights, publisher partnerships, or playable access. No rental payment is accepted.
09How are creator fees used?
Eligible Pump.fun creator fees actually received can support game partnerships and commercial licenses, development, and reserves. The proposed allocation is 60%, 25%, and 15%. Fees are not guaranteed; only verified activity should be treated as received funds.
10Where can I trade $GameRent?
Use only the official Pump.fun link on the token page once configured and verified. The intended $GameRent ticker alone does not identify an on-chain token. Never trust addresses from unsolicited messages.
11What wallets are supported?
Phantom, Solflare, and compatible Solana Wallet Standard wallets with message signing. The current environment uses Solana Devnet. GameRent never asks for a seed phrase or private key.
